Muzzle isn't a bad or scary word! Basket muzzles are a great way to keep your dog from eating things they shouldn't while allowing them to pant if needed! We also use muzzles to distract cats and dogs when they're nervous or anxious. Here's a video on how familiarize your dog with wearing a basket muzzle.

Be on the lookout for these stinky guys! Skunks are crepuscular, meaning they're most active during twilight hours. If your dog gets sprayed by one, use an old towel to dry them off and follow up with a product like "Skunk Off Soaker". Try to keep your dog dry, since the skunk smell returns when they're wet!

Have you ever wondered How long will my pet’s food stay fresh? Here's the answer: Palatability of kibble remains at its best for one month after the bag is opened. To optimize palatability, choose the appropriate bag size according to the amount your pet should be eating (i.e. don’t choose a 15lb bag for a single cat).... Once opened, wet foods should be covered or placed in a sealed container, refrigerated and consumed within three days. Wet food that is left out should be discarded after two hours.
