Gluten-free Baklawa Being in an Egyptian household, there were so many Arab sweets that I grew up with. Getting diagnosed with Celiac meant that I could no longer eat those things. I've been experimenting with how I can bring those traditional flavours back to life in a gluten-free form. This Baklawa is made with homemade Filo pastry.
