Sawadee Ka/Namaste friends and clients, Happy Equinox! Unfortunately I am no longer able to officially book appointments at this time. It can be painful being apart from touch these days especially if you may be experiencing exhaustion or injury. I would like to remind my clients the importance of self care. Taking antioxidants, vitamin C, warm drinks, activated charcoal, lung fortifying tonics containing herbs like plantain, mullein, lungwort ec, zinc and vitamin D. Doing ...a some stretching/yoga, and self massage are all good ways of keeping up a strong immune system right now. Using an essential oil diffuser with essential oils while sleeping will also help: Copaiba, eucalyptus and rosemary (Doterra brand from Brianne Hope) to promote respiratory function. If you wake up in the middle of the night and can't sleep. Go with it. Tap into the lucid dreaming and channel the messages into you knowingness. Take the messages into your conscious life when you wake up. Keep your vibration high. But make sure that you get 4 hour blocks of sleep and use magnesium Now Magtein Thianate (remedies rx) (8pm), melatonin (small doses after downloads to get back to sleep), cbc, 5htp, chewable Thianine. For Returning Travellers in Your Care: 3 weeks isolation seems like a good call. But the roomates, family of these people will be affected. Quarantined individuals should be taken care of and isolated out of the kitchen. Good cleaning habits should be followed by the isolated and they should be responsible for wiping down all door knobs and counters and washing clothes with disinfection agent - alcohol, soap, bleach, peroxide (whatever is reasonable). Also have a shower upon entering the house after being out. These are the new protocols coming out right now.
