I am proud to say that we have brought about massive change in the way delivery companies in Owen Sound provide service, and we will continue to do so. We were first to introduce debit service to our customers and had a good lead on that for at least a year! The cost of the machines is pretty significant, and as we have NEVER increased our delivery prices in the near decade I have been in business, we did have to pass that cost on to the consumer. We had no idea how massive o...f a change that would be. As our popularity has increased, so has the demand for debit at the door. Initially the fee was put in place competitively priced with many large corporations. Our price for delivery remains the same, but we are pleased to announce that due to the high usage of our debit machines, we are now able to offer the same terminal service at half the cost for all debit transactions! All debit transactions will now include only a 50 cent fee vs the $1.00 fee that many companies still charge. Many thanks to our loyal customers who have made us what we are today, Owen Sounds finest, friendliest, and most customer service oriented delivery company! This announcement was mainly intended to announce our lower terminal fee, but as I haven't taken the time in a while to properly thank all of our loyal customers, I wanted to do so now in conjunction with with this announcement.
