Although we are not scheduling on-site appointments as per our governing health authorities’ recommendations, we are still able to provide complete support from our home offices. This will become status quo until further notice. Support for your staff to work at home: Many clients have deployed technology to allow some or all of their workforce to work from home. The two primary technologies we’ve dealt with are; 1. Remote Desktop to Client-Based Server Required server configuration Required server licensing (per remote desktop user) Is very fast over an internet connection Can be made very secure Can be setup within a day or two 2. Virtual Private Servers Shares the same attributes as above with the following differences i. Comes with Remote Desktop already configured ii. Additional connection (user) licenses are $11 per user per month iii. Nightly backups are automatic iv. Cloud-based for ease of access v.
