The year 2020 marked the 32nd successful year in business for ASCO. Although most of the company's success is due to our dedicated employees, we would not be where we are today without our leadership team. Pat Truyens joined ASCO in 2006 as District Manager of the Toronto office. In 2016, Pat became a partner with the firm and was promoted to VP Construction. Over his tenure with ASCO, he has been instrumental in successfully delivering over 14 complex and challenging water and wastewater projects.

The ASCO team wishes a good back-to-school season to all students, teachers and parents. At a time where the education system is undergoing a complete revolution, we were nostalgic of a great project we had the chance to work on in 2006. The expansion of the École secondaire catholique Casselman! The project included the construction of two separate additions at opposite ends of the school.... - a gymnasium with enough space to welcome all sports teams - a 2-storey structure with additional classrooms, administrative offices, and of course, the famous cafeteria! A school filled with modern commodities, each one as convenient as the next, and looking forward to seeing you again behind the desks. Enjoy back to school!

ASCO was awarded this project to design and build two brand new state of the art facilities to house the emergency management services and fire stations for the Cité de / City of Clarence-Rockland. In collaboration with J.L. Richards & Associates, ASCO designed and value engineered a 20,000 sf building in Rockland, ON and a 10,500 sf building in Bourget, ON both of which were completed in 2019. The Project Team was complemented by the City’s project manager, Colliers Proje...ct Leaders. We also wish to highlight the active participation of Fire Chief, Brian Wilson (now retired) and Deputy Fire Chief, Mario Villeneuve, and thank them for their positive contribution to this successful partnership. The synergies, close collaboration and experience of the Project Team enabled the City to receive a superior quality construction of which ASCO is extremely proud of.
