Unblocking ... As we become more aware of the idea that we are not our thoughts, we as a third party observe our thoughts....we start to become mindful of stories the ego is trying to tell us. This awareness allows us to question the ego and choose not to listen. This means we can live a life free of all its self-limiting beliefs. (The voice that tells us we’re not good enough or why we can’t do certain things). But how do we unblock all these deep deep rooted subconscious beliefs? Well....believe it or not, these beliefs were created because of something, a situation, a person, etc. So now we must dive into our past (often our childhood) and try to pinpoint memories that we have held on to, where we formed conclusions about ourselves and the world. we may have felt shame or trauma which creates An unbalanced memory which recreates the trauma every time it is talked about or remembered. But now we must go back and see all the components of a memory so that a new conclusion can form. Be gentle with your inner child as you revisit these memories, identify if you may have misread the situation, or realize it actually had nothing to do with you (when you formed beliefs about how inadequate you are, it was more about the person that did those things to you that was the issue. A balanced memory decharges pain and brings wisdom . Happy healing
