Hello my loves! I have some bitter sweet news for you. My fiancé and I have recently bought our first house and will be moving up north to Muskoka beginning of August. We are so so excited about this decision, however I am sad to be moving on from the relationships I have built with my clients in Niagara. I will of course be doing the work to find excellent artists throughout the region with work similar to my own that I trust to take care of your lashes to refer you to. Y...ou all mean so much to me and you will be so missed. I have truly appreciated all of your business. But mostly I appreciate the relationships. I’ll forever cherish the long conversations, the laughs, and the stories. Some of you have been with me for years and have become close friends, and some of you are new faces that I feel like I’ve known forever Im excited to be continuing my work in our new home amongst the lakes and the trees. So babes, if you’re ever up in cottage country, hit me up Love you all - Ash

#blackouttuesday During this time of blacking out our personal lives on social media in order to amplify the voices of the black community, I’m encouraging myself and my white followers to LISTEN to their voices. SHARE their stories. EDUCATE yourselves on their past and present and DEMAND a better future. DIVERSIFY your feed. DONATE to blm organizations/fundraisers/campaigns. SUPPORT black businesses. PEACEFULLY PROTEST by their side. We have hundreds of years worth of systemic racism and oppression to fix, and a lot of learning and catching up to do. Let’s get to work.

Missing all my lash babes!

I get asked daily what the difference is between Classic, Hybrid, and Volume. Unfortunately, because everyone has different eye shapes and lash lines, it can be hard to show the difference with photos from different clients. I’ve been wanting to try every look on the same model for a while, and after having to close I finally had the time. A bit of a silver lining. Thank you to my model/fiancé with the pretty eyes @ben_vrys So what really is the difference? ... Classic 1 extension (0.10-0.15 mm in diameter) attached to each natural lash. This is recommended for those with a full lash line or those wanting a natural look. It is not recommended for sparse or damaged lashes. Hybrid A mix of both classic extensions and volume fans. The best of both worlds. It is very customizable and can be created to look either natural or dramatic. Volume Fluffy and full, volume lashes are 2-6 very fine extensions (0.03-0.07 mm in diameter) hand made into fans and attached to each natural lash. Recommended for those with sparse lash lines or those wanting a dense and dramatic look. Textured Can be done with any lash style by adding longer extensions with either classic lashes or closed fans, throughout the set. Also known as Spikey, Kim K. Recommended for those who are bold and crave drama. What’s your favourite look?

Missing my babes, but still practicing!

Wispy, textured, strip lash look. My last set before closing. I guess I’ll have to practice some new looks on Ben for the time being!

EFFECTIVE TODAY. PLEASE READ. In the interest of doing my part to flatten the curve I have made the difficult decision to temporarily close until further notice. This decision was not easy. I’ve worked hard to build my business and clientele. With this small business being my families sole source of income, I have worries. However I have faith that this too, shall pass.... Due to the nature of eyelash extensions involving close face to face contact for multiple hours in my home, I feel it is my responsibility to close for the time being to protect my family and clients, particularly my vulnerable clients. Symptoms may take weeks to show, and eyelashes will certainly never be worth the risk. How will this affect you? Appointments booked in March will be canceled. Clients currently booked will be personally messaged. I will keep you all updated on when my schedule opens back up. I fully expect your lashes to be in rough shape or gone altogether upon your return after reopening. DO NOT STRESS. All of my current regular clients who are already booked and will be needing to postpone their fills will be taken care of. Your fill price will be honoured. I’ve got your back! Thank you all so much for your support and understanding See more
