Let’s talk choices shall we Be firm about the choices you make for yourself in life. We often find ourselves going back to old habits and situations that weren’t helping us evolve. Let’s take a moment here...... Stop and ask yourself WHY you decided to even move forward? Are you being consistent with your health goals or are you following the wind Do you set an intention in the mornings and attach an action step? Or are you reactive?? Have you actively walked away from something so unhealthy but found yourself back in the same pattern? Do you focus on the step in front of you or the whole picture? Do you make your health a priority only when you feel like it? Are you working on becoming the person you want to be or are you becoming the person everyone wants you to be? It’s time to become the woman you want to be It’s time to stop pencilling yourself, your health, your joy and your success into your life. Use a permanent marker and make it a reality Ashika.xo #yourlifeisyourresponsibility #yourlifeyourchoice #yourhealthiestyou #breakthehabit #womenshealth

When we reach a certain level in our health for a short period of time, and eventually find ourselves following back into old habits...why does this happen?? 1. We are looking for a quick fix. 2. We are not connected to our WHY. 3. We only focus on the goal and not the action steps, #roadmaptosuccess ... 4. We could be low on dopamine and serotonin #guthealth #motivation 5. We hyper focus on old methods and get discouraged when they don’t move the needle anymore. Which one of these do you find yourself connecting with?? or do you have a set routine that works?? Would love to hear

What comes to mind when you first look at this pasta dish?? I can’t eat that I can’t eat carbs I will gain weight... I will feel guilty I will have to workout twice as hard tomorrow I’ll have to eat less through the week I really want to eat this but shit! I am on a diet I’ll eat this and start over again next week, I promise I could go on..really. But where do we draw the line? When do we put a stop to food shaming and guilt tripping ourselves? Let’s start with your mindset Stop trying to micromanage everything you eat and start paying attention to how your body feels after you eat. If you have been binge eating throughout the week..ask yourself; what is happening emotionally in life right now and what am I blocking. Intuitive eating begins with listening to your body and understanding true hunger v/s emotional hunger. Create happiness in other areas of your life. Allow yourself to actually eat what you want. YES. And set a limit. There is no need for punishment or a diet. Don’t ban everything from your diet and spend the whole week beating yourself up. So take this week and start changing your language around food. Bring awareness on to your mindset Ashika. RHN
