The Greater Sudbury housing market is looking like another seller’s market in 2021. Demand continues to be high while low inventory has driven up prices all across the province. A trend in Canadian housing markets is homebuyers looking for more space and more value for their money in Northern Ontario especially with many people with the flexibility to work from home....
