Of the few weddings I was able to document this year, the raw, heartfelt emotion seemed to have hit a little deeper. Along with the big ones, I’m constantly scanning for those in between moments and genuine reactions on the wedding day. I live for these moments and feel so lucky to be invited to witness and freeze these intimate details of the day. Kristen’s parents quietly shed a few tears watching her read a letter from Shane before the ceremony. Swipe to see Kristen’s reaction. I may have quietly fell apart behind my camera too.

Christmas morning we said goodbye to our furriest family member. The unexpected loss left us in shock and completely heart broken. Beta was a sensitive soul and the best at hiding shoes and her age behind her puppy-like energy. I’m grateful for the time we had together and will cherish all our memories. RIP my sweet pupper

Merry Christmas from my wild crew to you and yours!My hope is that we can all be together safely next year. For now, I’m looking forward to the slower pace, time with my kiddos, good food + wine.
