We need to spend more time talking about the birth of a mother. The thing that happens before, during, and after the birth of the of the child. Did you know that the brain change that occurs when you have your first child significantly resembles the brain of someone falling in love in a romantic relationship? And it is unclear if it ever goes back after this. I can attest that after almost 12 years of parenting my brain has never let up.

Filled with courage strength and an inner wisdom unlike many. The second that I connected with this beautiful woman my soul was screaming. She is wonderful, and full of a light that I just can't describe. While capturing these images we were tested. Tested by the intense wind, bitter cold, and heavy rains.
