If your mortgage term is up for renewal in March 2021 that means you are within 120 days from your maturity date. Most lenders do a 120 day rate hold for your closing date. If rates go up, your rate is locked in. Don't worry, if rates drop before your closing date we can still get you the lower rate. Now is the time to consider if you need additional funds for house repairs, children's education, investments, pay off debt etc. as there is no penalty to do... so. If you would like to explore your options or have any questions about your upcoming maturity date, let's chat! Ashley Sandercock Mortgage Agent 905-715-2205 [email protected] See more

Hello! I am Ashley - the face behind this account :) A little about me : ... I'm a mom of two beautiful kids. Spencer who is 2.5yo & Olive who is just shy of 1yo. My spouse's name is Alan. Fun Fact: We met waaaay back in Grade 4 Elementary School but didn't start dating until the age of 29. We also have a French Bulldog named Molly who is like our third child and often needs more attention than the actual kiddies. I studied pharmacy in College, although I did not pursue a career in the field. I have worked in the legal world as a Client Service Representative with the Ministry of the Attorney General for 14 years prior to launching my career as a Mortgage Agent. I cannot go a day without coffee. I also love red wine.. and chocolate! I do not have a green thumb bone in my body. It is a miracle that I have two children and a dog. I love talking to people and learning about their goals and outlook on things. Thank you for taking this journey with me. Please reach out to say hi, and even suggest your favourite coffee or wine for me to try! See more

You do not need perfect credit to buy a home. I am sure we would all like to say we have perfect credit. That is not the cause for a lot of clients. Often, there is a life event that has happened causing clients to have their credit impaired/bruised. ... As a Mortgage Agent I have access to products that allow clients financing while they get their credit issues resolved.
