There will never be a perfect moment to start practicing. You will never find the perfect day, or time, responsibilities will always be waiting for you. It’s why it’s a practice, and like life, it’s not always great. In spite of this we do our practice to get a step closer, to know yourself, for peace, for health, for your potential.
Sadhana means daily practice, spiritual discipline. Internal transformation happens when we cultivate sadhana. Intro course for January is open for registration. Space is limited so register early. Link in bio to register
Posted @withregram @krystlehayden I’m super excited to announce that I’ll be teaching my first ever class @ashtangastjohns on December 21st for the Winter Solstice. It will be a candlelit yin yoga class where we gather to honour the return of the light here in the northern hemisphere. Registration is now open on the @ashtangastjohns website. Space is very limited $25 + tax. 8pm (90 mins).
