September 16th marks what would be my dads 93rd birthday. So many memories! I remember asking my dad for this painting in 1989 when it was displayed in his Col...umbo episode, Murder, A Self Portrait. I just contacted the artists family via email and was moved to tears when they responded by offering to send one of their paintings of my dad as a gift to me. I originally offered to pay for one of my dads paintings but they were kind enough to offer gifting me a self-portrait of my dad done by the original artist, Jaroslav Gebr who created/painted the image posted below in one of the Columbos!
