We are doing ...everything that we can to comply with the recommendations from government in order to keep you safe. If you have an appointment or your vehicle requires servicing, please contact us by calling (709) 634-9838 ext 2 to review your options. While we normally offer a drop-in service, we are now asking customers to please book appointments until further notice. When you arrive for your appointment you will have the option of driving your vehicle into the service area. If this is the best option for you, our team members will guide you directly into the service bay and you will leave your vehicle with us. Once your service is completed, you will be able to drive your vehicle out. Please wait for a team member to safely guide you in and out of the service area. This ensures that you are the only person driving your vehicle. If we drive your vehicle, our staff will follow strict sanitization measures and will be cleaning the touch areas with disinfectant and using seat covers. Our shuttle service continues to be available. Thanks to our friends at Western Glass, we’ve installed custom plexiglass Shuttle Shields to keep passengers and drivers safe. We’re also sanitizing these vehicles after every trip with a WHO-compliant alcohol-based cleaner Thank you for your business, we are doing our part to keep you safe. See more

During the COVID-19 response, you may look to make alternative arrangements concerning your vehicle payment. If you are affected either by a work closure or a self quarantine situation, we want to make sure our customers have the support and options available to them to handle their car payments. In Canada, almost all car loans and leases are handled by the bank on your contract. Once you sign your paperwork and take delivery of your vehicle, the dealership is no longer invol...ved in your payment arrangements. For this reason, we cannot make any changes to your payment plans. You will need to contact the financial institution that holds your loan.
