Sometimes you just need to change your view. I’m going to be honest with you, today wasn’t the best day. Technology wasn’t on my side and my emotions did get the better of me. In the moments when I was feeling so frustrated, all I wanted to do was cry, so I did. It’s the first time in a long time where I just let my body release through tears.... It felt so cleansing To feel my emotions, like for REAL. Not pushing them down, or thinking I don’t have time for this. I just cried. Once I was able to gather myself, I thought ...... if I am feeling emotional I am sure many other people are too. We are living in a very different time and my heart feels your overwhelm & frustration, because that’s how I am feeling today. We may not be able to change the way we are being asked to live, But we can change how we are feeling about it. Feel what emotions are inside you (fear, sadness, loneliness), give yourself permission to acknowledge your emotions, let your body release and let go. With Halton being in the RED zone I have placed my facial services on PAUSE. My fingers and toes are crossed that in the New Year we will be moving into the direction of being together again for these services.
