We love when our clients share their heartwarming stories. Here is a note that we received from Carla’s mom. Just had to share this great picture of today's visit at the dentist. Carla got very nervous during her cleaning and asked Ivy to cuddle with her. Ivy jumped up and laid right on her. Carla hugged her and they stayed that way till the end of the session. It was SO touching. We are SO grateful for Ivy every day. Service Dogs truly are the best!

We’re ready for our photo! Our advanced training dogs practiced jumping in and out of their crate. When we bring multiple dogs on outings, they travel in a crate in our van for safety reasons. This is an important skill for them to master!

They are invaluable, dedicated helpers. They are physically able, healthy, and have the correct temperament to be of service.

It’s been an exciting week at Aspen Service Dogs as we welcomed eight new G puppies to the team! Meanwhile, our F puppies are getting bigger by the day! Here is Farley, Service Dog in Training and avid sunset enthusiast .

Onward and upward Today, Mina leaves her Puppy Raiser home and moves to advanced training. She has spent the last year with her Puppy Raiser, Stephanie, and foster dog sister, Farley. Fun fact: Stephanie is our lead trainer in Calgary and she fostered Almond when he was a puppy!... Thank you Stephanie and Farley for being such a great team! You’ve provided Mina with the foundation she needs to continue on with her training and we will forever be grateful.

How adorable is Grayson, our new Service Dog in Training, running through his first snowfall?! Grayson is one of the eight new puppies joining the Aspen Service Dogs team this week. He moved in with his Puppy Raiser family on the weekend, where he will spend the next year setting the foundation to become a future Service Dog!
