Taken post-spa, before welcoming guests this weekend. Little did I know what awaited. How my heart could be so FULL, it would ache. ... Thank you for entrusting us with your hearts. For allowing us to walk beside you on your journey within. I am humbled. And I am so very grateful. xo

My name is Sophie Parise-Aube. I am the owner and founder of Aspen's Heart. I am a mother, wife, sister, daughter. I am human, I am spirit. I've known since childhood that there is something powerful, profound and loving dwelling within us all, and without.... I have stumbled upon this journey. I have experienced great pain, sadness, as well as great joy and unconditional love. I have scars and bruises, those which cannot be seen by the naked eye. I have been surrounded by love, support and kindness. I have known having to pull up my boot straps and figure this journey alone at times. I have experienced feelings of fear, vulnerability, anxiety and depression. I have experienced living a life without knowing important details. I have and continue to live my life knowing I am guided by a higher power greater than myself. I have loved, lost, and loved again. Again, and again. I know love. I am love. I am a seeker. Of truth.
