Updated Oct. 15, 2020 The ANC remains committed to ensuring the wellbeing of our clients and staff, and to maintaining relationships with our partners as we transition back to our regular workplaces. With Level 2 provincial health guidelines in place, we have been worked hard to ensure a safe reopening of in-person ANC services and programs throughout Newfoundland and Labrador. ... Please note that wearing a mask is mandatory in public areas in all our buildings. If you wish to meet with an ANC employee, you must schedule an appointment by contacting the person you are looking for by phone or e-mail. If you are unsure who to contact, phone 709-722-9680 in the St. John’s area, 1-833-222-0921 (toll free) outside St. John’s, or e-mail [email protected]. Additionally, we are unable to provide services to drop-ins at this time. To respect health and safety guidelines, we ask clients to read these steps and follow them when visiting us: Book an appointment for in-person service only if you cannot access our services remotely (from home) Please arrive at the scheduled time of your appointment Once again, we are only able to provide service if you have booked an appointment (unless you have an emergency settlement concern or crisis) Do not arrive if you are sick, showing symptoms of COVID-19, or are supposed to be self-isolating due to travel You MUST wear a mask on-site for safety reasons. If you do not have a mask, the ANC will provide you with one. Please follow the posters, signs, and guidelines displayed throughout our offices We will only admit one person per family, except for clients with disabilities who require assistance. Thank you for your patience and support. We look forward to serving you! For more information, including specific staff contacts, please visit https://www.ancnl.ca/covid-19/.
