A.B.L.E. International Women’s Month Spotlight Detective Sergeant Natalie Hiltz - Peel Regional Police, Intelligence Services. Natalie is in her 26th year of policing. She is one of the founding members of WEpolice.ca promoting DEI work in the province of Ontario of which ABLE is an integral and valued partner. Natalie is a former executive member of Canadian Society of Evidence Based Policing (EBP), current member of the Cambridge Centre for EBP (UK) and recent Masters graduate of the University of Cambridge’s Police Executive Program empowering her to serve as a strong advocate in this emerging police field within Canada and around the world.

A.B.L.E. International Women’s Month Spotlight Our first feature is A.B.L.E. Community Services Chair Person, Ingrid Berkeley. Ingrid began her policing career in 1986 with the Peel Regional Police where she worked in a number of bureaus including Community Services, and Race Relations. Throughout her tenure she moved up the ranks and was promoted to Deputy Chief in 2018. As the Deputy Chief Field Operations she oversaw four operational Divisions and the Division responsible for the Pearson International Airport. Ingrid holds an honours diploma in Social Sciences, a Certificate in Management Studies and a Masters in Leadership from the University of Guelph.
