In order to provide my clients with the best possible experience, I go to my space an hour before your appointment to cleanse it, gather my tools, and do other preparations. While I understand that life happens, I do ask that you give me at least three hours notice when cancelling your appointment. This allows me a bit of time to offer the spot to someone on my waiting list. To ensure that we are both committed to the process, a non-refundable 25% booking deposit will be required on all sessions. With regard to my packages, there will be a maximum of one rebooking per package and no shows are non-refundable.
