New flat roof on porch, blocked off the half rounds in the faces, replaced the rotten lower post, and custom flashed everything in aluminum. With a layer of Canadian made weather barrier (Tyvec) by DuPont, this customer got what builders are too cheap to supply. Once the outside it caulked, you can pressure wash this dormer for the next 10 years, and if theres a defect, Im there for 10 years
