It's been a few years since I've done any Astrology Videos, but so many people over the past several months have been asking me what astrology has to say about what is going on this year with the pandemic, the political drama in the U.S. it's star Donald Trump and the election. So here is a compilation of all my answers in the form of a video. Please feel free to share.

I'm a bit lazy today, so I'm just providing the most basic interpretations of what I'm seeing, but plan to do a more elaborate explanation of these configurations so my none astrological friend can better understand For my astrology friends, notice that Trump’s Saturn almost exactly opposite the Saturn Pluto opposition at 22 degrees, but exactly inconjunct his Sun and closely inconjunct his Mars forming a Yod. Mars is on his ascendant (Leo). Yod’s, also called the finger of... God indicates that he would bring irrevocable change to the world. His Pluto is also on his Mars Saturn midpoint, which Eberton gives the sociological interpretation of mass casualties! Astrology works! I last mentioned this in July 2019 in my Facebook feed, but thought it might be a war with China.... which isn’t off the table yet! But I think the botched handling of the pandemic on its own qualifies as mass casualties. What do you think? See more

WE ARE DEFINITELY LIVING IN EXCEPTIONAL TIMES! In 2020, we’ll have three eclipses in one lunar month the period of time between successive new moons or full moons in June and July 2020. This time period during which eclipses are possible is also called an eclipse season. We won’t have three eclipses in one eclipse season again until the year 2029. How do these eclipses relate to your astrological chart? One way is if you were born during an eclipse, this will most likely be a very significant period in your life. I've been following a few people, who have natal eclipses in their charts, including Donald Trump, and it certainly seems to be significant for all of them.

I wrote this in July tegarding electron day in the United States 2020 election! Linda Iribarren I’m still contemplating November 3, (Transits and Trumps Chart) but I find that his Mercury is square Venus, and his Venus is Square Mercury. Both are exact (same degree). My experience with these double aspects are they amplify each other. The traditional interpretation is debates, arguments and disagreements. My thoughts are that this could show the election results being called into question. I plan to look at this at a deeper level, but from what I understand there have been others suggesting this as a possibility as well. The result? That’s the real question!

SUPERMOON LAST NIGHT According to NASA, the term Supermoon was was coined by the astrologer Richard Nolle in 1979 and refers to either a new or full moon that occurs when the Moon is within 90% of perigee, its closest approach to Earth in a given orbit. I’ve invited astrologer John Rutherford shared his insights on the moon’s Perigee and Apogee based on his observations in the charts he’s studied, as he’s found it a valuable indicator.

The New Moon on Sept 28 falls exactly on Trump's Natal Retrograde Neptune in Libra (which squares his Natal Mercury). Traditionally, Neptune retrograde, if ill aspected (like the Mercury Square) represents deception, secret communications, secret plots, manipulation. It's interesting how these astrological events are playing out in the real world.

BREAKING THROUGH FROM OPPRESSION AND THE TRIUMPH OF TRUTH Saturn Stationary Direct There is a real interesting dance happening with Pluto and Saturn right now. Saturn went retrograde April 29 10:25 pm at (20 CAP 31). It then went direct September 18 (13 Cap 54) 1:47 pm PDT. Pluto is retrograde exactly 20 CAP 31 the date Saturn when retrograde the same degree when Saturn started its retrograde movement. Pluto actually moved backward from 23 to 20 Capricorn to touch the statio...nary retro degree, over Saturn’s shadow. This definite will effect 13-20 degrees of all cardinal signs the strongest. One chart I’ve been looking at is new retrial of the Stephans’ which stared June 3, 2019 and ended August 30, 2019. The judge made his decision on September 18, (on the Saturn Stationary Direct, and will be passing it later today. David actually has retrograde Saturn and Pluto conjunct in his chart Saturn at 26 and Pluto 28 Libra. Pluto conjunct Saturn about every 32 to 36 years, so this is likely a major life event... and the symbolism fits perfectly! Pluto / Saturn is a configuration that TOPPLES empires! Pluto is transformation on the ultimate level, it's volcanic, bring up what is hidden from below the surface, and in the process burning away everything, but also providing what is needed for regrowth and renewal! Pluto is still retrograde so I suspect a lot more hidden information on manipulation and deceptions are likely to come out! I’ll post more later. Just listening to the verdict, Not Guilty! For my astrological friends and students, the outcome was fairly clear astrologically. Saturn represents the "old guard", authorities, judges, and a Saturn changing direction (from retrograde to direct) shows a change of verdict, so it was an easy judgement to predict the NOT GUILTY decision by the judge!

The July 31 New Moon in Leo coinsides with Mercury's Direct Station, along with aspects to Venus (conjunction), Jupiter (trine), Uranus (square) and Chiron (Trine). Although Mercury is finally moving forward, it will be moving through it's shadow until August 14th. This is a period that can offer you a chance to "revise" your plans for a month, especially if things haven't been going as you plan! It's a time of deepening relationships (Venus), expanding possibilities (Jupiter), and healing old wounds (Chiron). The only challenge is your willingness to break free from old patterns and embracing the NEW and possibly unfamiliar. Valor moves you forward this coming month.

The FULL MOON this JULY brings with the potential for a lot of inner shifts with all the planets retrograde on the lunar side of the chart. It's also a Partial Lunar Eclipse following the Full Solar Eclipse on July 2nd. Traditional astrology looks at a full moon have 2 weeks of influence, but an eclipse influence is six months. Pluto in Capricorn from a world events point of view usually shows events and trends arising that break up old patterns within society that people are... holding on to, but no longer serve us. If this full moon connects with personal points in your chart, then you may well be part of it, or experience it in your life in some form! As Pluto is also in aspect to the full moon (and retrograde), it also might mean letting go of something or surrender or acceptance that a part of your life is ending in preparation for something new. Traditional astrology teaches use that eclipse are much like full moons in there effect but can be felt over six months where full moon’s is two weeks, or until the next new moon! With Uranus square the eclipse points Sun / moon and nodes, and the Sun in Aquarius I expect to see a lot of progressive breakthrough in the rise and awakening of the arising new consciousness, as well as greater polarization as it clashes with the intrenched old consciousness! Any thought?

MARS STATIONARY DIRECT! How it manifests! When Mars is in its retrograde cycle, we are forced to re-assess our current projects, our approach to getting what we want, and our desire nature. Rather than directly assert our desires, we tend towards introspection. While Mars in direct motion is direct, straightforward, assertive, and aggressive, with Mars in retrograde motion, Mars energy is essentially turned inwardit’s internalized, intensified, personalized, and perhaps pr...essurized. We can be hesitant about taking action, second-guessing our instincts or our natural impulses rather than acting upon them. The way we react to situations under normal conditions doesn’t necessarily work for us now, or we don’t exactly trust our instincts. As Mars is "Stationary" right now, it will often feel like everyone is "digging their feet in" and not moving, however, as it picks up speed as it moves through it's own shadow until October, expect to see thing really start moving even faster than anticipated during what I call the "catch up" stage. ....watch out of bottled up aggression coming out, or over-reactions! The Mar's retrograde effect doesn't end until October 8, 2018, when Mars exits its shadow.

Wondering why it seems like moving forward with plans and goals seem to be a real challenge? Well, it might be the mother of all astrological retrogrades that's happening right now! The count is up to 6 planets: Mercury, Mars, Saturn, Uranus, Neptune and Pluto, and the 7th Chiron (dwarf planet). The two personal planets (Mars and Mercury) will tend to predisposition people to "do nothing" (Mars is our drive) and "decide nothing".
