Meet Our Team: Lisa Diem Lisa Diem I am Lisa Diem, founder of Fenelon Yoga. I offer gentle Hatha Yoga with Meditation and Pranayama classes. My motto is Yoga is for everyone. Beginners take comfort in my classes as I provide a very welcoming, warm and loving environment to begin a new journey. My love of yoga, life and fun nature energy comes to shine in each of my classes. Breath work (Pranayama), posture (Asana) and Meditation are all incorporated together bringing awarene...ss to "the self" in each class. Bringing the breath, the mind and the body together as one, l believe yoga can literally change our lives on and off the mat. I completed my 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training in Peterborough, Ontario at Amrita Living Yoga. As a Designated Yoga Educator, I am registered with the Yoga Alliance. Through Little Lotus yoga I have recently been certified to teach Yoga to children. My studies include, Yoga Techniques, Physical and Energetic Anatomy, Teaching Methodologies, Yoga Philosophy, Lifestyle and Ethics, Traditions and Wisdom teachings, Meditation, Energy worker, Gemstones, Essential Oils and Herbs. I am a certified Reiki first degree. Yoga has been a big part in my life over the last several years. It has helped me over come many obstacles, physically as well as mentally. It has brought me to my true spiritual calling where I am learning peace within. My love is to share my passion with others. See more

Meet Our Team: Pam Guzzi Pam Guzzi (RYT200 & Essential Somatics Hanna Somatics L2 Coach) Pam completed her 200 hour YYT Hatha Yoga training at Balance Yoga Studio in Tottenham in 2007 and is registered with Yoga Alliance as a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT200). Pam continues to develop her teaching with trainings as follows: 2009 Ashtanga YTT for Primary Series with David Swenson; 2010/11/12 - Yin Yoga intensive with Tracey Soghrati; Yin and Yang TT with Paulie Zink; Yin TT w...ith Biff Mithoefer and Kaline Alayna Kelly; Yin Yoga TT with Paul and Suzee Grilley. In 2012 she became a certified restorative yoga instructor and in 2012 became an Essential Low Back Program instructor studying under Robin Rothenberg, ERYT500 and Yoga Therapist and offers this program to her community and beyond. In 2014/15 Pam completed her Essential Somatics Hanna Somatic Exercise Coach Level 1&2 training with Martha Peterson a certified Hanna Somatics Educator and has added Somatic Movement classes to her schedule. Meet Our Team: Amanda Chandler Amanda Chandler PTS I started A Studio in January of 2014. My idea was to share my love of fitness with others and to help them find a healthier path. In 2013, I finished my certification as a Personal Training Specialist with Canfitpro. To this I added an additional cost certification through Canfitpro in Resist-A-Ball training. I offer both one on one personal training as well as group strength training classes. By incorporating multiple training tools such as dumbbells, stability balls, Bosu balance trainer and kettlebells, my goal is to keep the training sessions fun, fresh, interesting and challenging! I look forward to helping you realize your fitness goals.
