Spring, time to change the channel....

Indeed, it is a Strange, strange world we live in Master Jack. Why things happen and what is the cause can most times be explained, however there are times like these. We decided to build a grand custom two story spec house, something you would never consider a spec, and was the vision of our interior designer / decorator Elaine Roop along with Marcus Cormier from Marcus Designs. From the very beginning Elaine had a vision, something in her that led here to design our hou...se, that led her to pic out the finishes she did, that led her to have arguments with me on why we need this and not that , and just before we were going to list our house on the open market, it became very clear why this house and why these finishes. We were approached by a loving family in Moncton and asked if we had any projects currently under construction in Moncton that would be available to purchase, if it met their wants and needs list. After a few quick emails back and forth, I soon realized the house we where building was for this family, it wasn’t a spec house, it was their home all along. Everything they wanted and needed was in the house we where building, the exterior / interior design, the finishes Elaine had picked out, it was there all along, because what Elaine seen, was what the family was looking for, and guess what, yup, they purchased this beauty before we could stick a sign in the ground. A special thanks to Ryan Taylor from Creative Realty for stick handling through this one with us. We will share the progress as thinks move along, and thanks all our supporters.
