MY APPROACH My therapeutic approach is person-centered, meaning that each individual is treated according to his or her specific needs, perceptions, emotions, thoughts and thinking style. I incorporate counselling techniques from several areas, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, Mindfulness, Motivational Interviewing and Solution-Focused Therapies. Alongside counselling, I also thoroughly explore areas such as nutrition, exercise, sleep patterns, and relaxation, to develop an individualized, holistic program for achieving long-lasting, positive change...a life free of pain and discomfort.
