*** PLEASE BE AWARE OF THE FOLLOWING REQUIREMENTS FOR ALL APPOINTMENTS*** In an effort to keep everyone safe, we have implemented strict safety measures for ALL visits and require the following steps to be followed for your appointments: 1. PRIOR to your scheduled appointment time, please explain all concerns regarding your vehicle by either:... a) EMAIL- you may email us at [email protected] to list all details of your concerns and service requests OR b) PHONE RECEPTION - you may relay your concerns and requests to our receptionist who will forward them to our service team ***Please be advised that Eric is unable to come to the phone or to the office to discuss your appointment needs as this will be covered by your email or receptionist consultation. Should Eric, or our team, need to speak with you further they will call you directly when they are available and prepared to service your vehicle. *** 2. Please clear your vehicle of all garbage and debris so that our technicians can promptly and safely disinfect your vehicle prior to servicing it. We are unable to safely handle your personal belongings or debris when entering your vehicle. 3. Please locate and place your LOCKING WHEEL NUTS on your front driver seat before leaving your vehicle with us. We are unable to safely search your vehicle for these and will not be able to complete your service if this is not done prior to your appointment. If you are unsure about what these are we have attached a photo for your reference. They are often stored in your trunk or glove box compartment. You may also consult your owners manual for the designated location of them in your vehicle. 4. Upon arrival at the garage, please park your vehicle in front of the shop without blocking the service bay door and drop your keys in the drop slot or bucket at the service door. 5. Unfortunately our waiting area remains closed at this time so we ask that you make prior arrangements to drop your vehicle off for the day of your service and leave the premises while your service is being completed. We will call you should we have any questions or concerns, or when your service is completed and ready for pick up. 6. After completion of your service we will advise you of the time of pick-up and total invoice cost. Payment may be made by credit card, debit, eTransfer or cash. Exceptions to enter the office will ONLY be made for payment procedures. Thank you for your co-operation with all of these instructions. As always, health and safety come first so we will be operating with strict safety measures in place to keep everyone safe. Please contact us by phone or email (NO TEXTS PLEASE)to book your appointment and we will walk you through the steps required for your visit. At this time we are still unable to accept any walk-in inquiries and our waiting room will not be avai...lable while your vehicle is serviced. Appointment availability and wait times may be longer than usual, so we appreciate your patience as we all adapt to this dynamic situation! COVID-19 Update from A&T Motors: After careful consideration we at A&T Motors have decided to do our part and #stayathome. Effective immediately we will be temporarily closed, with a projected re-opening date of Wednesday, April 8th, 2020. We understand that this is a scary time for everyone and appreciate your patience and understating as we make the most difficult decision A&T has ever had to face. But at the end of the day, we believe health and safety is top priority a...nd for that reason, we are following the recommendations to social distance, stay home and keep our customers, employees, friends and family safe. Apparently it's "Giving Tuesday" today so don't forget to make donations to your favorite causes OR....if you are looking for something closer to home, we are still accepting donations for our adopted family for Christmas this year! Message us or drop donations off at the garage if you would like to help make a special Christmas come true for a family in need this season :)

TIS THE SEASON! The Perroni Family and A&T Motors have adopted a family in need of assistance this Holiday season and are asking for your HELP to give this family the special Christmas they deserve! We are accepting all donations of food & gifts OR financial donations towards our shopping for them and require everything by Saturday, December 14th! Our family consists of two adults and 1 boy, age 4 (size 3T). Below is a list of suggested items we need for them but we welcome a...ll donations! It would be appreciated if you include some gift wrap and scotch tape in your hamper but please do not wrap the gifts. Parents like to have the pleasure of wrapping their children’s gifts themselves.
