This was a huge disaster for the customer. From simply siding and a door and window to completely redoing the entire house from the outside in. Remember when remodeling old houses you better have double the expected budget to work with bcz you never know what you will find like us. Two layers of siding 3 layers of calking. Every window built out too far and different. Doors installed so badly they can’t close without lifting them. I really don’t know how some guys can put in a new door then tell you it won’t close unless you lift it. It’s insane! The previous work on this place caused an extra 3 weeks of work here. But just the garage to finish and an interior door that has to be cut down to fit yet and sand the tape lines. Install a carpet and trim the room out. Then done. Off to the next one soon!

This barn was appraised at 20000$ when we started and when we finished it was appraised at 250000$ equitable value. Think about it.
