Hi Everyone. We've got a couple of orders as people start to stock up before we close on October 17. As our last baking day is early next week, we are closing orders as of Monday, October 12 at noon. We'll do our best to accommodate requests for flavours, but we are also trying to deplete our stock of ingredients. So, it's first come, first served for these flavours: Pistachio Hazelnut... Moving Update Hello everyone. We finally secured a place in southern Ontario and are moving in late October. This means that our absolute last market here at the Thunder Bay Country Market will be Saturday, October 17. If you are planning to stock up now you have a target date. For those who have asked, yes, macarons can be frozen. They will last quite a while longer in the freezer so long as they are in an air tight container. Just take them out the day before and warm them ...up in the fridge before you indulge. Thanks again for all your support while we have been here.
