Administration Office Closed to Visitors As of Monday, December 14 the Athabasca County Admin Office is closed to all visitors and in-person meetings. Inquiries... can be made by telephone: 780-675-2273 or Email: [email protected] weekdays from 8am to 4pm. Payment options can be found on our website. Our payment drop box can also be used. Family & Community Support Services (FCSS) FCSS staff are taking phone calls, and email inquiries, from 8:30 to 12 (noon) and 1 pm to 4:30 pm, Monday to Friday: 780-675-2623 All programs and services offered through Athabasca County FCSS, including the Northern Lakes Family Resource Network, will continue to be available remotely using various technologies including phone, email, FaceTime, Facebook and Zoom. Holiday Office Hours The County Administration Office, FCSS, and Public Works will be closed on the following days to allow our staff time to celebrate the holiday season: Thursday, December 24 Friday, December 25 Monday, December 28 Friday, January 1, 2021 Outside of these dates, we will remain open weekdays for phone and e-mail inquiries.
