Shirley Baxter Knits - Oakfield - owner & Athena maintained. With 40 years in the knitting supply business, Shirley Baxter knows her stuff, and several years ago got Athena Computer Solutions (her web designer), to add a Business Page to her marketing tools. It was created and filled out with great photos & content, and became a member of various appropriate FB groups to increase her marketing reach. Today Shirley does many of her own posts as new products arrive in the Studio, and Athena shares tasks like posting events such as craft shows she attends. Ruff Country Kennel - Urbania - REFRESH - owner maintained. The owners, breeders of lovely Labrador Retrievers & German Shorthaired Pointers, had their own FB Page for some years, but were not really seeing many results from it. Athena Solutions (also their web designer), gave it a full facelift, renaming it with the proper url, taking new photos & building albums, joining appropriate groups, etc., and then gave the owners some training. Athena Computer Solutions posts interesting items, tire sales, etc., and looks after all customer inquiries. We keep the page short for easier scrolling and to avoid clutter from old items, but have joined many local Buy Sell Trade groups with great results! The Shorline Journal - Maitland - owner maintained - 'The Shoreline Journal' is a monthly newspaper covering the north Fundy Shore, from Truro to Parrsboro. This page was set up with photos from the Bay of Fundy, Notes outlining submission criteria, retail outlets where you can buy the paper, etc. Since then they AND their readers have been making their own contributions to the page.
