ACL Rehab Part 2 - second half of the stability portion of the rehab session moves into isolated hip strengthening exercises, focusing on the intrinsic muscles that contribute to the control of the femur and leg positioning. Emily finishes the session with some IFC and compression with our Air-Relax system. Another good training session and step forward for Emily. Nice job today!
ACL Rehab Part 1 - 6 weeks post surgical with U18 soccer athlete Emily Garcia. Focused on range of motion, scar mobilization and activation exercises early in rehab, now transitioning to more strength and stability work in her sessions. Gait retraining and her dedication to the program has Emily walking without a limp by 5 weeks, comfortable and hardly any swelling at this point in her recovery. #smartrehab #puttheworkin #AthletesZone

Goaltender Lia Rogers with the Mississauga Hurricanes U18's firing off some great hanging row and front squats, then recording her results in our online training app. Each athlete tracks their own progress in their own account, working from a customized program we design for them from their individual testing results. Eric Lucas of the Barrie Baycats U18 with a Personal Best of 400lbs for 3 reps in the TB Deadlift, up from the 185 max last December. Hard work and dedication has allowed Eric to add 215lbs to his TB over the past 9 months. Great job Eric!
