HAPPY FIRST DAY OF SPRING!! With our beautiful weather we have been getting this month, it actually feels like spring!! At this time of year I get so excited to finish up the spring cleaning, get all the spring decor out and start planning my garden!! If you are a garden like myself or want to start, I will be sharing in another post soon, what seeds I like to start inside and when :)

Do you have those goals that just seem to sit on the shelf collecting dust? It used to be that way for me too. I said for years I just want to be healthy and fit again, but I never took action, in-fact I went the opposite way. I soon realised that dreaming wasn't going to get me where I wanted to be. I HAD to take action. So here's what I did. Last year (Feb) I joined an amazing Nutritional Challenge @nutritionbymichelle and it lit a fire under me to keep going and ma...ke this apart of my lifestyle. Just a note that she has a new challenge starting in May and if you want the deets get on her email list because it sells out fast! I will be there right along with as I love all her amazing recipes, encouragement and information she she shares with us as well as the accountability. I don't know about you, but I need accountability!!! The other thing I did was start working out, I was on a roll last year and even started to run which is something I never thought I would do!! Then I took a fall and I let it set me back, but I am back it it now and loving it!!! I am gearing up to start another challenge soon to run 5K!! So what are your dreams? How can I encourage you? We all need someone to keep us accountable and cheer us on. :) See more

I love the simplicity of the black and white pillows. Of course I had to add a little shimmer into them as well. I can customize these pillows in colors to match your home decor. Pillows are all handsewn by me, w ith a pocket in the back to easily slip over an existing pillow or a pillow form. I do it this way so if you want to change your accent pillows out like I do, you don’t need a lot of space to store them. These pillows are 18 x 18 and will fit an 18 x 18 or 20 x 20 ...pillow form, depending on how full you like your pillows to look.
