The Service Advisor is responsible for guiding the customer through the maintenance scheduling process and repair of their vehicle. Desired Skills & Experience: As a Service ...Advisor you will: - Respond to phone and email inquiries in an efficient manner; - Cataloguing customers concerns and comments. Writing service orders and descriptions of problems and repairs. Translating customers' repair problems into standard repair terminology; - Assist customers with their vehicle service requirements; - Provide a customer first and fix right the first time mentality; - Exceed customer expectations. Previous experience is preferred but not necessary.
