I have met the owner Micha a few years ago while giving an ‘intro to watercolour course’ at Cape Bear Lighthouse on PEI. At the time he was a proud bee keeper and local small farmer. I am so glad to see how he has married his love for the local land with his German heritage offering delicious gourmet mustards. After an "absolutely satisfactory inspection" from the department of health, I spoke with the inspector and I am very happy to say that we can do some sampling again at the Farmer's markets.
