First, however, we are going to hear from senior counsel about what experts you may need, how to select them, where to find them and from there the strategy of sequencing them in your demand letters, settlement conferences, or trials. In addition to the legal strategy session noted above, we are planning to focus on: Neurology / Neurologists Pain Management / Pain Specialists; including Cannabinoid Expertise Psychiatry and Psychology / Psychiatrist and Psychologist Occupational Therapists Physiatry / Physiatrists These specialty areas cover a myriad of injuries; including spinal and brain injuries; delayed diagnosis and delayed interventions; pain complexes and the disabling nature of pain; PTSD; anxiety; depression and other injury-related disorders; WAD injuries and views on substantial interference/ impairment - amongst many others.
