Dear Valued Customers, We at Atlantis Computers are very concerned about our customers, employees and for our families. We hope that you and your family are doing well during this frightening time. We hope that you are maintaining good social distancing practices, self-isolation and good disinfecting processes as outlined by the Province. During this time of self-isolation we recognize that for many people computers are the only method of communication and social interaction ...that they have and we are essential to them to maintain that communication with the outside world. Through Skype, email, and face-time mediums we can all maintain better self-isolation keeping in contact with friends and loved ones. We understand how difficult it is to maintain self-isolation. We encourage you to use computer methods of contact to reduce personal human contact. Our business clients are desperately in need of their computers to keep business going especially as many of them are now working from home. We are trying to maintain our home service to our business clients so that they can maintain communication with their customers. We have members of our staff doing as much work from home as is possible therefore we have reduced store hours. Under these serious new conditions we are trying to maintain as much computer support as we can so our storefront is remaining open with limited hours. We are cleaning our store rigorously daily with disinfectant cleaners. We are trying to maintain a clean and safe working space for our clients and our staff. Please work with us to maintain a safe and healthy store so that we can help those of you who need urgent computer repairs. Safety Guidelines for our store: 1. Urgent computer repairs only please. 2. Please disinfect your device with strong cleaners or wipes before bringing it into the store. 3. One person in the store at a time! (There is no need for more than one person to come in with a device. Family members can wait in the car. If you see another customer in the store please wait outside until that customer leaves. If there is a line please stay at least 2 metres apart or, better still, wait in your car.) 4. Our technician will remain in his office and talk to you from a long distance as he writes up his workorder. 5. You can leave your computer on the counter and when you leave the technician will retrieve your computer and begin our free diagnosis as always. We are all in this together. We will continue to do our part to support you for as long as we can. We ask you to observe these protocols to help keep all of us safe. We all need to do our part.
