Sex sex sex sex sex!!!! Now that I have your attention we are going to talk about it - What is, itYou may be saying. Well today, it is a very important topic of discussion when it comes to changing your life. Whether it is in business, fitness, or relationships.... This is called PATIENCE. Now days we have been accustomed to having everything at her fingertips and delivered immediately. This has positives and negative’s. - If you are practicing the wrong thing consistently you can get perfect at doing it incorrectly. That’s why it’s so important to have a custom made nutrition plan, training plan and mindset plan developed specifically for you. Then it’s a case of being patient and consistent with your execution for months/years.. not just six weeks or whatever The average person will release 1 to 2 pounds of fat loss per week. 2 pounds being the upper normal. And the heavy or you are the easier it will be to drop Body fat, however if you’re leaner it takes more focus and discipline to get the results and consistent training, protein intake, rest to build lean muscle and change your shape. That being said to do a body transformation we need to not just lose body fat, we need to also build lean muscle tissue which takes time and consistency. - Solution? Learn to love the process! Everyone talks about making it a lifestyle Which is totally true. And a really powerful way to do this in my experience is focus on what we want to gain from eating healthy and exercising in more of a feeling manner. If we only eat clean and exercise just to look a certain way if those physical results are coming fast enough it’s easy for us to get let down or feel discouraged. Versus eating right and training daily to feel our best and their physical results will be a byproduct of that.
