Rehearsing up with the band to play at Pure and Powerful on March 1, 2014. Can't wait!
So like, here's a new song I just finished recording at home. What do you think? https://soundcloud.com/atomic-spirit/leave-it-to-you
One of my favorite bands from the 80's.
Sting show in Kingston was amazing last night. Vinnie, Dominic, and David were playing too! Plus a great Aussie gal doing backups and a crazy Brit violin player. I was singing along the whole time.
This is a great blog article from Dr. Tedd Koren. The intention behind what we aim to do is important! http://www.teddkoren.com//there-are-only-two-chiropractic/
Nothing like adjustments done "old school"! Many of the new schools have lost so much of the mastery that was present in decades past.
This was my first Pink Floyd album. For many fans it may have been a crumby album to discover Pink Floyd, but I still think it's awesome. Plus, one of my favorite covers of all time.
I'll just start kicking myself now before the show for not going. Should be good though.
My band "Rochness Monster" is playing Porchfest 2012 in Belleville. We're planning on playing many Atomic Spirit songs electrified! Looking forward to it.
The Tea Party were amazing. Picked up Jeff Martin's solo album after all. Also good, though slightly more relaxed vibe.
I'm getting psyched to see The Tea Party in Belleville this week. I went looking for Jeff Martin's solo album, and instead found "Seven Circles" a Tea Party album I didn't know about! What a treat. Great songs.
Lakestock was great. The highlight for me was the Atomic Spirit set. Go figure. :)
