So this little fella was on our sliding door on Saturday. I was taken by surprised because I thought it was inside the house I was amazed of how close I could get to it and examine it without it jumping away but I also became aware that there was a reason for it showing up for me and was intrigued by its meaning. So, here are some spiritual meanings for this little one. *Intuition and sensitivity and some of its main traits and its presence in your life are sure to brin...g happiness as it’s a spirit animal that grants you success in all. *It’s meaning is linked to our inner voice, higher selves and are a sign to listen to what the spirit world has to say. * * We must advance our spiritual levels and trust our intuition and instincts more. ** Symbolizes that you’re marked by bouts of gaiety, where we may witness the realization of certain secret dreams and wishes, specially those relying to home and family. ** In Fen Shui, its meaning is of wisdom and nobility, immortality and PROTECTION from traitors. ** An African folktale describes the friendship between a toad and grasshopper. They were good friends but never ate at each other’s houses. At the toad’s home the guest asked the grasshopper to wash his legs and stop making noise, which was impossible while eating. When situations reversed, the toad couldn’t keep his legs clean from the water till the table. The friendship ended, and the locust and toad’s spiritual meaning was of ACCEPTING one’s qualities and flaws. Next time one approaches you, accept it’s meaningful message ~ Patricia

I’ve been waiting until my sisters got my dad’s Memory Pillows before posting them. They were bitter sweet Xmas gifts for my mother and daughters @erika.estates and @lashedby_ro and both my sisters to receive these BUT I felt it was time to be able to embrace my father’s presence in this beautiful way. Thank you @pink.kitty.sewn.w.luv for your speedy and impeccable work! So glad I unexpectedly found you, someone up there was listening to my thoughts Look her up! @pink.kitty.sewn.w.luv she creates lots of things.

Although 2020 was a ‘different’ kind of year, for many it was challenging and worrisome. For others, it was a year to collect all parts of ourselves that may have been lost along the way caused by routine or perhaps a mundane lifestyle. .. Let’s be honest, we were pretty much in shock during our first quarantine and lockdown but with that initial feeling, we also learned so much about each other, our communities but best of all.. about ourselves! ** We saw that we were able ...to learn new ways to connect and/or re learn the old ways of doing things. From growing our own veggies and fruits, canning, baking bread, sewing or knitting! Many also took this ‘different’ year to do more around the home. From building things to beautifying a garden no matter its size. Children were also challenged by online schooling and so were their Super Parent These months also had children value true friendship and quantity didn’t matter anymore. There are so many stories with many emotions attached to them and many will be shared along the years...
