As we reflect on the past yeartake a breath for many of us this has been an incredibly challenging, transformative and life-changing year. Allow yourself to slow down, pause, focus on the positives in your life. Looking back, there are lessons we’ve learned about health, loss, resilience and community. We’ve learned how resourceful we all are, we all have something to contribute, we can stay home, our front line workers are the real heroes, taking a walk can be a good t...hing, it’s okay to ask for help, sometimes you just need to call someone. For the lessons we've learned and for all the people who linked arms with us as we made our way through it, we are grateful. Thank you all for your continued support.
