Has your mental or physical health been negatively impacted by COVID-19? We received funding from the provincial Department of Health and Wellness that will help people with intellectual disabilities and people who are struggling with mental health or addictions stay connected to their community during a difficult time. Poverty can make it hard for people to stay connected. We will consider any reasonable request for support. Please go to https://www.inclusionns.ca/.../has-your-mental-or... for more information as well as a fillable PDF referral form. Please forward referrals to [email protected].
