Construction Update 2018 16 New Home Sites are now complete and located on Stephen Leacock Drive. New home construction continues on Emily Carr Place and Auguston Parkway North. Further information available on auguston.com

The agricultural landscape has been completed on Emily Carr Green and the Callaghan walkway. Thank you to Ryan and his crew for creating such a beautiful space. Auguston residents will also enjoy the freshly topped gravel on the Auguston Stairs at the crest of Tom Thomson Park. Enjoy!

Construction Update 2018 Crews are shifting gears with the construction of Phase 8 Stage 4 underway north of Callaghan Park. Compact lots will be created offering homes with detached garages on Stephen Leacock Drive. Stay tuned with progress updates.
