We want to assure our customers that we will remain open while ensuring that the safety measures laid out by our health officials are adopted. That said, our process during the pandemic will be the following:... While providing physical paperwork and presenting estimate packages in person was an option before. We will now be using only our digital means to generate estimates, provide paperwork, and accept payments. If any inspections are required, we will tend to them with zero physical contact and we will conduct a drone inspection if required. When comes the project date. All replacements will be carried out by a reasonably sized, but smaller crew to ensure your project is completed in a safe and timely manner. To help you visualize our process better, this is what it will look like: 1- You reach out to us through the many ways we’ve made available 2- We use our software to take roof measurements through satellite imagery and put together an estimate package specific to your goals and resources. 3- We e-mail you the estimate package along with brochures and other information that helps you make sense of it. 4- If needed, we jump on a video-call to go over the details with you. 5- After you agree to do business with us, we send you an agreement to sign digitally. 6- If physical colour samples are required, we drop them off at your front door. 7- On the project day, we will perform our job while maintaining social distancing practices.
