Auntie Georgina wants to thank everyone for all the support she has received during her time in Canada ... and a big thank you to everyone who has sent private messages asking if they can order a few more meals before she leaves in mid September. She will be doing a few more orders most likely next week and the week after before her departure back to Greece. She will be making meat sauce that you can freeze and just boil pasta and have a meal ready in minutes. She will be mak...ing some pasticcio (Greek lasagna) that you can request uncooked and freeze and just cook it when you’re ready. As well as her usual delicious creations. She will be making some moussaka as well. It’s a layered dish with eggplant and potatoes. Bechamel and meat sauce. Mouth watering! Auntie Georgina has been hard at work cooking in the US, but she will be back to Montreal tomorrow.
