I feel as though the entire world right now is going through a collective Dark Night of the Soul. To briefly explain, a Dark Night is a form of release, a death... if you will of an old way of being. Its terribly uncomfortable and painful as the Ego wants things to remain status quo. The soul on the other hand has conspired with the Universe to place obstacles, people, situations in the path in order to move you through this unveiling of your true self. The heavy energy you feel is necessary for without its heaviness, you would not be uncomfortable enough to want to grow. Its heavy so that it pushes out your inner turmoil, lack of forgiveness, stuck patterns, old beliefs, chaos, any lack - anything that does not serve your souls purpose. This discomfort arises as a gift. In order to know what it is you want, its quite helpful to know what you dont want. This is a massive opportunity to catapult your spiritual growth and come into who you are meant to be. What once was no longer is. Who you were before this started no longer exists. This can aggravate your shadows, encouraging them to surface and be brought into the light. This is an opportune time to face your shadow self and fall in love with everything that makes you YOU. Being isolated, it is your voice you hear the most, your self-belief becomes apparent, you start to learn who you are. At this time, we are given an incredible opportunity to come into who we truly are. The self that exists within and has never left but has been covered in layers we created so we could fit in or be who we thought we were supposed to be. We are collectively busting out of these self-imposed boxes and finding that the world exists outside our comfort zone. By doing this work you will heal on many levels, raising the vibration of All. Its time to get comfortable being uncomfortable. It is through this growth, this falling apart that you can put yourself back together and thus assist those who will need to know how to put themselves together as they too fall apart. This is why you are here at this exact time. Dont allow yourself to be distracted. This is a golden opportunity to step into your beautiful light. You are love. You are loved.
