We watched The Biggest Little Farm and really enjoyed the hopeful feeling it generates, but our first question as we walked back to the car was What do you think that cost? It’s the economic reality. How to come up with the money for the projects that would make the farm more sustainable?

Unfortunately, we won't be able to join in today (still racing around the fields trying to get all the hay in), but you'all should go. This is such an awesome market!
After spending a lovely weekend with my sister, Lindy, at Olds Fibre Week, today, I fluffed the 20 oz of "Dixie" fleece I purchased. Added in are teeny bits of sari silk and dyed wool in the first step to creating a custom tweed yarn for a sweater project.
