This will be a contract position from October 7, 2019 to October 30, 2020 with the possibility of an extension until 2021. Program Coordinator/Instructor manages and coordinates project participants, project procedures and resources at the specified location(s). Key person responsible for supporting participants, partners, and service providers in the delivery of project objectives while ensuring exceptional client services. Will ensure all service processes and protocols are implemented and followed. Will promote teamwork within the office and cooperation with other company sites, as well as with Employers, Community Agencies, and Service Providers. As directed by the Executive Team, will prepare required operational reports. Will effectively address and resolve client inquiries or complaints in a timely manner. Will maintain a safe and secure working environment at all times. Will maintain the confidentiality of the company, staff and clients and is especially cognizant of applicable privacy protocols. Will finalize, confirm, create and arrange all lesson plans and training functions as required to implement the program. Will facilitate various functions of the lesson plans as the instructor for the co-hort. Will develop individualized action plans with the co-hort and update as participant progresses through the program. Required Demonstrated experience in: (1) Facilitating and supporting groups with varying degrees of skills and abilities; (2) providing client needs assessments; and (3) coordinating projects; and/or (b) a post-secondary certificate, degree or diploma in a relevant field. Valid Class 5 Driver’s License and reliable vehicle are conditions of employment. Criminal Record Vulnerable Sector check is required.
