Slowly, very slowly we are coming out of the fog of closing our physical studio space. It has been a whirlwind and frankly it has left us all, pretty out of sorts. Group Fitness Update: Aurora Family <3 You may have heard the Gov't of Alberta Update this afternoon announcing that group fitness will be Cancelled from November 13 - 28, 2020.... While we are deeply saddened by this news we are in the process of getting our virtual classes set up on Mindbody. so we can all still hangout and get our yoga on together. We will have our first Virtual Class tomorrow at 630 pm. More information on how to log on, get the link and join the class will be up tomorrow. In person services are still a go - with all covid protocols and precautions in place.

**** IMPORTANT REMINDER ***** We are so grateful to everyone for all their support during these weird and often trying times. There are not enough words to express our gratitude to each and every one of you for helping us keep everyone in our community safe A few reminders regarding our Studio Etiquette when coming for a Yoga Class: ... No Walk-ins; Advanced Booking Only. You must pre-register for class online. Bookings are will be open 7 days prior for all future classes. Pre-registrations are first-come, first-served. We encourage you to go on the waitlist if you do not get into a class right away. Only 14 spots are available for each class. Please arrive no more than 10 minutes prior to class. Please check in upon arrival and immediately head into the yoga room. Remember no talking in the Yoga Studio - Enjoy a pre class Savasana. Please ensure you meet all the health standards before entering the Studio. You can use the AB Health self assessment tool before you come. And remember to maintain 6 feet between each other in the common areas. The yoga studio has been marked to ensure all students maintain the required spacing as mandated by the AB Gov't. Please place your mat on the appropriate markers. Please wear a mask when you enter the building and in the common areas. Once you are in the Yoga Studio we encourage you to place your mask at the top of your mat. Sanitize your hands as soon as you come in. Bring your own mat and props as we can not rent any out at this time. Come ready for class. Change rooms and showers are not accessible at this time. Bathrooms are limited to two people at one time so if you can, "go" at home. Please leave all valuables (cell phones too) at home or in your cars. Car keys may be left at the top of your yoga mats. We do have cubbies in the common areas for your use if you wish but please note they are not secure. Sadly our lounge and seating area is closed and we cannot mingle or wait for our friends in the front area at this time We will be using a guided entry system into the yoga studio. First ones in will fill up the back rows. Classes will also have guided exit. Those at the back will exit first. Don't worry though your teacher will guide you Updated Class Cancellation Policy - As we are offering limited spots for booking, we now require guests to cancel reservations they cannot attend more than 4 hours before the start of class. Any cancellations less than 4 hours will be charged for the class. Students with an unlimited pass will be charged $15. Finally, we are going above and beyond the mandated cleaning procedures and are using surgical grade cleaners to help keep everyone healthy. We cannot wait to see you
